No. All our digital printing and heat press machinery doesn’t come with a standard
manufacturer's warranty. Please check the specific product description page for individual
warranty periods and terms.
How are heavy machines packaged and shipped?
To ensure zero damage during transit, all heat presses, sublimation printers, and DTF
machinery are secured in heavy-duty wooden crates, surrounded by thick shock-absorbent
foam. We ship exclusively through trusted national logistics partners with full transport
insurance.
Do you provide installation and setup support for machines?
Yes, we do. Purchasing heavy machinery is a big investment, and we are here to support you.
Every machine order includes:
