Every machine order includes:

    calibrate your settings for the first time.

No. All our digital printing and heat press machinery doesn’t come with a standard
manufacturer's warranty. Please check the specific product description page for individual
warranty periods and terms.

To ensure zero damage during transit, all heat presses, sublimation printers, and DTF
machinery are secured in heavy-duty wooden crates, surrounded by thick shock-absorbent
foam. We ship exclusively through trusted national logistics partners with full transport
insurance.

To ensure uniform pricing and bulk wholesale convenience, all our heavy embroidery
embellishments (such as VPlus premium glass beads, flat-back stones, and high-gloss
sequins) are packed and sold strictly by weight:

  • Retail/Small Packs: 100 grams to 250 grams packets (ideal for single bridal blouses or
    small boutique projects).
  • Bulk/Wholesale Packs: Standard 0.5 kg (500g) and 1 kg industrial packs for highvolume manufacturing units.

We sell our high-quality VPlus backing papers (tear-away and cut-away stabilizers) in two
convenient formats to suit different boutique scales:

  • By the Roll: Standard commercial rolls measuring 100 meters in length with variable
    widths (typically 12 inches to 40 inches).
  • Pre-Cut Packs: Convenient packs of 50 or 100 pre-cut square sheets (e.g., 8x8 inches
    or 12x12 inches) for standard frame sizes.

DTF sheets and powders are sensitive to moisture and humidity. Keep them sealed in their
original packaging or an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry room to
prevent ink bleeding or powder clumping during your print runs.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your
tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your shipment anytime by clicking the
Track Your Order link in our website’s main menu and entering your tracking number or order
ID.

For a standard full-back and sleeve computer embroidery bridal design, the average
consumption is approximately 1,200 to 2,000 meters of thread. Purchasing a single 3,000m
or 5,000m VPlus cone will comfortably cover multiple standard projects or one highly dense,
premium luxury design with plenty of thread left over
