What payment options do you accept?

Materials & DTF Sheets: Dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days
across India.
Heavy Machinery: Dispatched within 2-3 business days due to custom wooden crating.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your
tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your shipment anytime by clicking the
Track Your Order link in our website’s main menu and entering your tracking number or order

Do your machines come with a warranty?
No. All our digital printing and heat press machinery doesn’t come with a standard
manufacturer's warranty. Please check the specific product description page for individual
warranty periods and terms.
How are heavy machines packaged and shipped?
To ensure zero damage during transit, all heat presses, sublimation printers, and DTF
machinery are secured in heavy-duty wooden crates, surrounded by thick shock-absorbent
foam. We ship exclusively through trusted national logistics partners with full transport
insurance.
Do you provide installation and setup support for machines?
Yes, we do. Purchasing heavy machinery is a big investment, and we are here to support you.
Every machine order includes:
- Step-by-step video installation guides.
- A dedicated setup manual.
- Remote video call assistance (via WhatsApp or Zoom) with our technicians to help you
calibrate your settings for the first time.
How do I store my unused DTF sheets and materials?
DTF sheets and powders are sensitive to moisture and humidity. Keep them sealed in their
original packaging or an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry room to
prevent ink bleeding or powder clumping during your print runs.
What types of DTF sheets do you offer?
We supply premium, high-density DTF (Direct to Film) sheets available in both rolls and cut
sheets (A3/A4 sizes). Our sheets are coated with a high-release matte finish, designed for both
Hot Peel and Cold Peel applications, ensuring clean edges, vibrant ink transfer, and excellent
stretchability.
Do you offer discounts on bulk VPlus material orders (e.g., 5kg+ of materials or 20+thread cones)?
Yes, we offer special wholesale tier pricing for commercial embroidery units and boutique
owners who use VPlus products in bulk. If your order exceeds 5 kg in total weight or you are

What is the total weight of a bulk VPlus raw material order for shipping calculations?
The shipping weight depends entirely on your cart combination. As a rule of thumb:
- A single standard VPlus thread cone weighs approximately 120g to 180g.
- A full 100-meter roll of standard VPlus backing paper weighs around 3.5 kg to 5 kg
depending on the GSM (thickness). - Your final shipping weight (in kgs) will be automatically calculated at the checkout
screen before you pay, matching our courier partner slabs.
How much VPlus thread do I need for a standard, heavily embroidered bridal blouse?
For a standard full-back and sleeve computer embroidery bridal design, the average
consumption is approximately 1,200 to 2,000 meters of thread. Purchasing a single 3,000m
or 5,000m VPlus cone will comfortably cover multiple standard projects or one highly dense,
premium luxury design with plenty of thread left over
How are physical VPlus materials like beads, stones, and sequins weighed and sold?
To ensure uniform pricing and bulk wholesale convenience, all our heavy embroidery

What is the standard length of VPlus embroidery thread spools?
Our premium VPlus computer embroidery threads (including our high-shine metallic zari
and high-tensile polyester lines) are supplied on standard commercial cones containing
3,000 meters to 5,000 meters of thread per spool. The exact meter length is clearly specified
on each product page so you can map out your production runs perfectly.
